Our Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at jadielenriquez@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
